When you’re undocumented, you face a lot of discrimination, and that creates a lot of fear. At United We Dream, we transform that fear into finding your voice. We empower people to develop their leadership, their organizing skills, and to develop our own campaigns to fight for justice and dignity for immigrants and all people. This is achieved through immigrant youth-led campaigns at the local, state, and federal level.

Next Level Supervisor Training
ARIES is a program designed to train supervisors, alongside LEO participants, to share common change & leadership language as a key foundation to train folks to be effective & successful managers.
UWD will engage in a customized training for all there managers in April 2019.

A Model For Current Times
UP has created a new model of community organizing by pioneering the integration of embodied leadership & somatics into an organizing framework. This model revolutionizes the moment we are in- organizers are from the communities they organize & are directly impacted by the issues they work on.
In mid-2019, UWD will provide the full 11-week intensive for the entire field staff.
